The median estimated home value right now in zip code 80212 (where Sloan's Lake is) is $252,424 as compared to Denver as a whole's median of $197,859. Although Denver's median value estimate has dropped more than 5% in the last 12 months, Sloans Lake has only dropped about 1%... By the way, the staircase picture I took while showing a home in Evergreen, CO in an +/-$800,000 home-- on my i-phone! Great question Sire.
