This cozy Bungalow just sold and represented a great value for a very nice remodel just a block North of Sloans Lake in Denver!
One of my favorite features of the Sloans Lake neighborhood is the great curb appeal that many of the homes have. This home is no 
exception with a tall brick archway and steep roof lines, brick craftsmanship and accent bricks along the exterior. And an elevated front entrance is lined with dry stack stone as well as a new iron railing for safety and security and a classic look. For a smaller home this one has some excellent street presence.
The front door has a steel security door and opens into a very impressive first impression. With warm toned, newly finished wood floors and rich but neutral new interior paint, the living area looks and feels like it is a show room! 
It has a wealth of new upgrades including two beautiful ceiling fan/lights. The central front entrance divides the family room from an open front office/reading area setup and leads through a formal eating area past the powder bath into the main floor bedroom or the exquisitely remodeled kitchen.
This kitchen has all new appliances including a stainless steel fridge, stainless dishwasher, stainless range with a smooth surface heating element and even a new garbage disposal! One of the many great, new features this home has is large Travertine stone floors which continue the theme of rich tones and high quality materials. The yard is very deep, the home sits on about 7,090 square feet and is a long rectangle. In fact, the driveway leads past the house to a private entrance to the large garage. Based on the square footage it could be estimated as a three car garage, but it only has one garage door opener. So probably better suited for one or two cars and tons of storage space.
Behind the garage is a very nice garden area that is almost a park-like setting. I’ll try to get my hands on some pictures that the owner may have taken of all the flowers. My photos taken in January just don’t do it justice. The yard is completely fenced in the back and offers more privacy than I expected as well as a lot of playing/activity room!
Overall, this home is very nice and is in a great location with a quick commute to Downtown Denver and easy access to I-25, I-70 and 6th Avenue.
