Cool service — how do you get listings for the scrolling display ‘widgets’ (newest and most expensive’) homes?
Can folks promote a property directly here or is everything via MLS?
What about properties that already have an agent?

To answer your questions:
The Denver Most Expensive homes widget is an IDX feed filtered through a predefined criteria I have programmed for all homes in Denver over $2,000,000. Since I specialize in luxury homes– I want to help CEO’s everywhere become aware of how impressive the top of ourt market is!
The new Denver listings to the market widget is simply all homes with a Days on Market flag of less than 2 days.
Folks can market their properties directly on my sites with a FSBO program I have through http://www.Blueroof.com. However, to date, I have not come up with an easy way to input information into the widgets. I have broken the ice with Blueroof.com about widgetizing some features but their hands are pretty full right now.
Denver homes for sale that already have an agent would appear in the widgets since the data is derived from an IDX feed.
