Since I listed this great custom home in Littleton and Conifer the Seller completed the installation of a very impressive photovoltaic solar elcticity generating system. I’ll be writing an addition to this post in the next few days after I gather all of the specs. The combination of this remarkable solar system with the extremely high levels of insulation provided by the Arxx Insulated Concrete Wall System–create a home which is not only beautiful to look at but also has extremely high levels of self sufficiency, stabile heating and cooling and a very quiet and comfortable interior!
If the electric meter is even spinning in the right direction– the heating and electric bills are hard to compare but may be equivalent to a home less than one third the size!
