Denver’s Real Estate News Newest Search Site
As many of you know I continuously research real estate and mortgage technologies to provide my customers and clients with the absolute best resource for finding homes in and around Denver. I am very confident that I have the best automated “New Listing Alert” program through Automatedhomefinder.com and have a pretty good Google mashup—to help 
people choose houses within specific geographical areas. Although that Google mashup was the best available back in 2005 when I added it to my quiver—I was frequently trying to improve its interface so that you, as a consumer performing a search, would have a better experience. Most of my efforts, it turns out, were to make it more and more similar to a proprietary site out of Salt Lake City.
Over the past several months I have been building a relationship with the owner of that site, Greg Tracy, and recently was able to license www.Blueroof.com for our use in Colorado.
I’m in the process of bringing www.BlueRoof.com to the Denver/Boulder market including the foothills of west Jefferson County and Eastern Park County (Bailey). After exhaustive research, listening to sales pitches, reading dozens of white papers and signing up for countless web sites as a prospect myself; I’m proud to say BlueRoof.com is the best and it’s just about here!
We still have a few kinks to work out with conforming to the Denver Metrolist (our MLS) and adding a few features I think you’ll appreciate. I expect to have the site live by the end of next week and I’ll send out an announcement at that time.
