Denver ‘s Baker Neighborhood.
Real estate in Baker is very diverse. Baker is one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, becoming part of Denver in 1883. The neighborhood is named after John Hutchison Baker who graduated form Denver East high School. Baker was president of the University of Colorado from 1893 to 1915. The community was fully developed by 1915 so its not unusual to find some of the oldest homes for sale in Denver in Baker.

Just North and West of Washington Park with quick access to I-25 and bordered by 6th Ave to the North, The Denver Health Medical Center and Lodo; Baker is a very convenient location.
