Bob Maiocco- Broker Associate-Denver’s Real Estate Guy
Bob has been working in real estate since 1992 and has helped hundreds of families choose Colorado home. He strives to maintain a comprehensive market awareness– what’s going on throughout Denver and it’s suburbs, when the next
Triathlon is, or when the newest rec. center will be finished. “I love it when any of my families (past clients) call on me to find out when the next party is or if a new trail is opening soon..”
Bob and his family, Alisa his wife and Jack and Tyler his two boys are very active in the community whether as a tribunal interpreting covenants and restrictions or as a soccer, football or lacrosse coach, or even just hanging out testing the Jefferson County Open Spaces!
“I pride myself on providing my clients with best-in-class resources, I’m a consistently excellent negotiator, and I listen very well to help my families find the best homes.”![]()
Finding a home is a very emotional process with some very important legal consequences. a consistent theme heard from Bob’s past clients is the security they had knowing that Bob has a complete command of the legal issues, a comprehensive ability to find the “Needle-in-the-Haystack” home that fits their needs– all while providing an enjoyable experience.
“I love Colorado and I’m proud to have the ability to help people make the same decision I have—to choose Colorado as my home. I look forward to meeting you and applying my state of the art resources and leading market knowledge to help you make the best decision possible.”
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional (licensed in both Colorado and Arizona), I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
I spent most of my childhood growing up in Arizona and have graduated from both Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson and the University of Arizona. Since graduation my career has been focused on customer service based environments. My dedication and passion for exceeding peoples demands and expectations has won me many awards
and recognitions. I bring that same dedication and passion to all aspects of my life, including competing as an elite level cyclist, triathlete and adventure racer.
I have lived and operated businesses in Denver for the better part of the last 10 years. I moved to Denver immediately after college and worked in marketing and share holder relations for Bion Technologies, a small environmental engineering company. From there I was recruited to become the regional sales representative for Giant Bicycles. Through this position I started my relationship with the bicycle industry and bike racers of Colorado. I have raced for the Red Rocks Velo, Rio Grande, and Einstein’s racing teams over the years. I also managed Campus Cycles and the Cherry Creek Bike Rack for three years, growing them into one of the most
respected and progressive cycling retailers in the country. There is also a little known secret about me and my relationship with MOB Cyclery in the Denver Highlands…but you will have to ask me about that later!
I absolutely love to ride and race bicycles…almost as much as assisting people to buy and sell their dream home. So when you decide that you’d like to buy or sell a home in Colorado, please contact me.
